The St. Joseph Health Regional Hospital Emergency & Trauma Center is a state-designated Level II Trauma Center, the highest-level trauma center in the 9-county region, and is the only one of its kind in the region. Staffed with board-certified Emergency Physicians 24 hours a day, the Center also has on-site St. Joseph Health AirMedical helicopter transport services to meet the needs of our large service area. St. Joseph Health emergency centers are located in six counties throughout the Brazos Valley and provide 911 in four counties, serving the needs of more than 280,000 residents.
