As an integrated healthcare system, CHI St. Joseph Health includes a comprehensive network of over 100 employed providers including primary care physicians, specialists and advanced practice clinicians. The network includes more than 20 ambulatory clinics featuring primary care, a freestanding Emergency Room, Express Clinics, and imaging and diagnostic services.

Theron Park, President and Chief Executive Officer CHI St. Joseph Health named Theron Park CEO in July, 2018. As CEO, Theron is responsible for operational leadership of CHI St. Joseph Health, as well as advancement of our market’s strategic initiatives, working in close collaboration with Texas Division and National Leadership.
CHI St. Joseph Health named Dr. Kia Parsi Chief Medical Officer in July, 2016. As CMO, Dr. Parsi is responsible for providing physician oversight for the provision of care at our acute and ambulatory points of access, working closely with Dr. Garth Morgan, Chief Medical Officer for the CHI St. Joseph Health Medical Group.
CHI St. Joseph Health named Ricardo Diaz Chief Operating Officer in January, 2015. Managing all acute care operations, Ricardo is responsible for operational supervision and support to improve efficiency and effectiveness in our hospitals. As COO, Ricardo leads all clinical and non-clinical support systems to achieve excellence in patient satisfaction, team member engagement, physician engagement, financial, quality and patient safety targets.
CHI St. Joseph named Austin Jones Vice President, Finance, effective August, 2018. With more than 10 years of finance experience, Austin is a highly accomplished executive with a demonstrated record of success.
CHI St. Joseph Health named Mary Tomkivits Vice President, Operations, in December, 2018. In her role, Mary is responsible for Respiratory Therapy; Sleep; Physical, Speech and Occupational Therapy; Cardiac Rehab; Wound Care; Food and Nutrition Services; Athletic Training and Multidisciplinary Data Reporting.
Beverly, who has served at CHI St. Joseph Health Regional Hospital for over 23 years, is responsible for enhancing clinical outcomes by establishing a culture of systemness collaboration with key stakeholders. For the last nearly two decades, Beverly has led several departments, including multiple nursing departments, Transfer Center, Centralized Patient Transport, House Supervisors, Staffing Office and Emergency Department Call Panel Program with oversight for managers in Trauma, Stroke, Chest Pain Center, Emergency Management and Air Medical.
CHI St. Joseph Health named Mark Riggins Vice President, Physician Enterprise in September, 2017. Mark, who has worked for CHI St. Joseph Health for more than 13 years collectively, previously served as a Director of the CHI St. Joseph Health Medical Group, responsible for overseeing the operations of rural primary carre clinics, ENT, Express Care and HealthPoint. Pror to assuming the Director role, Mark served as Executive Director of Support and Clinical Services at Regional Hospital and Administrator for CHI St. Joseph Health Bellville Hospital for two years.
CHI St. Joseph Health named Sister Penny Dunn Vice President, Mission Integration in 2011. Sister Penny is responsible for strengthening our legacy, Mission, values and Catholic identity throughout the health care system and in partnership with the wider community. She also continues to develop the understanding and implications of the Ethical and Religious Directives of Catholic Health Care Services, which promote and protect the truths of the Catholic faith as those truths are brought to bear on concrete issues in health care.
CHI St. Joseph Health named Heather Bush Director of Marketing and Communications in August, 2016. Heather is responsible for marketing and public relations strategies for CHI St. Joseph Health and its associated assets, including employed physicians, service lines, ambulatory centers, free-standing emergency center and hospitals.
CHI St. Joseph Health named Jackie Stradtman Director of Human Resources in October 2013. In her role, Jackie serves as an integral business partner, ensuring that human resources strategies are aligned with business and operational strategies to support the organization’s success and mission.
