Diabetes Wellness Program

Welcome to Making Moves with Diabetes (MMWD), a Texas A&M University program offered collaboratively with St. Joseph Health. MMWD is an American Diabetes Association (ADA)-recognized program designed to help individuals manage their diabetes with minimal impact to their current lifestyle. With the guidance of a diabetes care team, you will have access to a Registered Nurse, Registered Dietician, and Certified Community Health Worker who will connect you with community resources within the greater Brazos Valley area to help you manage your diabetes.
