Support Groups

There Are Times When We All Need Support.

It is said that two heads are better than one, or a chord made of three strands is not easily broken. The point here is we need each other. Whatever your challenge, you’re not alone. There are others—right here in the Brazos Valley—who are fighting a similar battle, and we’ve found that there really is strength in numbers.

St. Joseph Healthy Communities works with many support groups in the Brazos Valley as a source of current health and wellness information. If you would like to list your support group meeting time and location, please call 979.731.1231.

Whatever your struggle, there’s a support group for you.
