Friends of the Manor Orientation

This is the orientation page for our Senior Enrichment Program at St. Joseph Health's MatureWell Lifestyle Center and Skilled Nursing & Rehab facilities (formerly Friends of Manor Program). Please complete the following modules and forms.  Each online acknowledgement and form requires you to enter your first and last name along with your email address. These are transmitted directly to Volunteer Services to be added to your volunteer file. If you have any problems with this site, please contact us at [email protected]

To complete your orientation process:

2. Complete Senior Enrichment Program Orientation Acknowledgement

3. Complete the following forms:

4. View TB Testing Requirements (printable handout)

5. View Flu vaccination requirements (if volunteering between October 1 and March 31 yearly)

FREE TB testing and Influenza Vaccination is provided by our Express Clinics
