Emergency transport with St. Joseph Health
St. Joseph Health Emergency Medical Services is the only air and ground medical transport team in the Brazos Valley, transporting patients to hospitals throughout the region – including hospitals in Houston, Austin and Temple. In 2005, through a partnership with PHI Air Medical, Air Med 12 was created and combines quality emergency care with the capabilities of the country’s leading provider of air medical transport.
In the event of an emergency, you need an ER that keeps you in-network. We accept all major insurances, including UnitedHealthcare, and Aetna, among many others.
This online scheduling feature is for patients with non-life-threatening emergencies. If you are experiencing a life-threatening or limb-threatening emergency, call 911 for immediate assistance or go to the nearest emergency room. Our goal is to honor each patient's scheduled time. However, you may experience delays if you arrive after your scheduled time. In order to provide appropriate and prompt care, patients are seen by order of severity of their condition.
Patients are typically seen within 15 minutes of their estimated treatment time. For your safety, we will ask you to verify your information when you arrive.
