Immunizations Throughout the First Year

  • Hepatitis B Vaccine

    • Dose One: As soon as possible after birth

    • Dose Two: Between 1 to 2 months old

    • Dose Three: Between 6 to 18 months old

  • Rotavirus Vaccine

    • Dose One: At 2 months old

    • Dose Two: At 4 months old

    • Dose Three: At 6 months old

  • DTaP Vaccine

    • Dose One: At 2 months old

    • Dose Two: At 4 months old

    • Dose Three: At 6 months old

  • Haemophilus Influenzae Type b (Hib) Vaccine

    • Dose One: At 2 months old

    • Dose Two: At 4 months old

    • Dose Three: At 6 months old

  • Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccine

    • Dose One: At 2 months old

    • Dose Two: At 4 months old

    • Dose Three: At 6 months old

  • Polio Vaccine

    • Dose One: At 2 months old

    • Dose Two: At 4 months old

    • Dose Three: Between 6 to 18 months old (one final immunization is necessary between ages 4 and 6)

  • Influenza (Flu) Vaccine

    • Annual Dose: Beginning at 6 months old

Immunizations Throughout the Second Year

  • DTaP Vaccine

    • Dose Four: Between 15 to 18 months old (One final immunization is necessary between ages 4 and 6)

  • Haemophilus Influenzae Type b (Hib) Vaccine

    • Dose Four: Between 12 to 15 months old

  • Pneumococcal Conjugate (PCV13) Vaccine

    • Dose Four: Between 12 to 15 months old

  • Influenza (Flu) Vaccine

    • Annual Dose: Before the start of flu season

  • Hepatitis A Vaccine

    • Dose One: At 12 months old

  • MMRV (Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella) Vaccine

    • Dose One: At 12 months old (One final immunization is necessary between ages 4 and 6)
