Change happens as we age, and with change comes the need to adjust. We must make decisions about how and where to live. We may need services and support from health care providers that we didn’t need before. And honestly, it can all seem a bit overwhelming. That’s why at St. Joseph Health, we have caring experts who understand.

And as with many of our other programs, the success of our Senior Services program is based on our comprehensive knowledge of the dynamics that contribute to the health of older adults.

Ours is a holistic approach to senior services that considers seniors’ physical, social, psychological, and spiritual needs. And when you need health care services, you’ll appreciate the fact that we offer a wide variety of general and specialty services throughout the Brazos Valley.

The MatureWell Lifestyle Center

The St. Joseph Health MatureWell Lifestyle Center is a new concept providing health and wellness services to mature adults. The two-story, 23,000 square-foot center is dedicated to meeting their unique health care needs through education, specialized care, and more.

Senior services designed to help you age gracefully

At St. Joseph Health, we believe that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. And so, we’ve developed wellness groups, educational programs, and services to help you take preventive action when it comes to your health.
